for all orders placed over £105.00.
Shipping is available to the countries below:
United States, Countries of the Europeon Union, United Kingdom, Australia & New Zealand.
Our team work diligently to process your order(s) in a timely manner with dispatch times generally within 2 working days of your order being placed. Note however, during busy periods (eg. Christmas & Black Friday sales) order fulfillment may be mildly delayed.
You will receive tracking information via email shortly after your items have been dispatched so you can follow your package as it makes its way to you.

Return & Exchange Policy
Avenue Rose do not offer exchanges therefore please return you item and re-order.
We genuinely want you to be satisfied with your purchase but understand there may be occasions
when a return is necessary. To begin a return, please contact us using the contact form to request a return. You will be provided with a returns number to include within your return package.
Items must be in their original condition, with security tags and all packaging to be included for a successful return. Items returned without security tags or fouled and consequently in a condition not suitable for resale will not be refunded. Items returned without full packaging will receive a refund however the cost of
lost packaging will be deducted from the refund to compensate for the cost.Should any of these
instances occur, you will be notified via email.
Please be advised all shipping costs associated with return shipping are the responsibility of the customer and non-refundable. In addition, Avenue Rose implement a 20% restocking fee (Net cost of purchase value) on all returned items to help cover our processing costs.
